“Where to add the ‘S’?”: Subramaniapuram guys

  • IndiaGlitz, [Thursday,June 25 2009]

There are times when the teacher is really bowled by his students’ ignorance. Once, the ‘Subramaniapuram’ team had been to Dubai for an event that honoured their movie where James Vasanthan had a fun time.

Wanna know how?

This happened when Sasikumar, the director of the movie, placed an order of dessert for all in the team. He had to literally pay for being poor in spelling. James Vasanthan had asked him to spell ‘dessert’. Sasikumar found himself in a fix and after some hints from other members in the group spelt it as ‘desert’. James corrected them asking them to use one more ‘s’. But he was received with blank faces from the group. On asking the reason they said, “you told us to add an ‘s’. But, you did not tell us where to add it in the word.” After clarifying their doubt, a cool James simply added, “We are primarily Tamilians. So it is ok.”

What a team, ya!?!
